Our goal at Clarksville Christian School is to help our students grow like Jesus did – in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. Jonathan and Alayna Lancaster were two students who modeled this completely and exhibited Christ-likeness in every aspect of their lives. Their love for God and others and the manner in which they lived out their faith truly reflected the heart of a Centurion. Their time with us on this earth seems far too short as they were called home to be with the Lord on April 25th, 2019.
Following our loss of Jonathan and Alayna, the CCS Board and administration, faculty and staff, along with the students and families of Clarksville Christian School, strongly desired to celebrate their lives and to honor their memory. In addition, Jonathan and Alayna’s parents, Bryan and Dana, noted the impact CCS had on their children, and they expressed their wish that many other students would have the same opportunity to attend CCS as their children had.
Therefore, the Jonathan and Alayna Lancaster Memorial Scholarship was established to honor two wonderful students who forever changed our lives, to help fulfill the wishes of the Lancaster family, and to assist first time CCS students with tuition and fees.
Memorial and Honor Gifts
Pay tribute to someone special with an Honor or Memorial Gift to Clarksville Christian School. From books in our library, and resources for a classroom, to the naming of a classroom or building, this avenue of giving is a wonderful way to perpetuate the memory of friends and loved ones who have made an impact. A letter of acknowledgment will be sent to the person or family advising them of the gift (the gift amount is not disclosed).
