CCS Summer Camp 2023

CCS offers a variety of summer camps to keep your child busy this summer. Click on the session below for more information. 

Remember, all of our Summer Camps are available to our students AND the public so bring all your friends!

To guarantee a shirt for your child, please register and pay before May 12th.

Payment: 

  • Please bill by FACTS account (Current 22-23 CCS Families only)
  • Request a Paypal invoice (3% processing fee will be added)

    The deadline to sign up is May 12th to guarantee a shirt!

    Sign up here for CCS Summer Camps! Payments can be turned in to the CCS office. Each camp fee is $75 a week for a half-day or $140 a week for a full day. All fees must be paid by May 12th to hold your child's spot.  

    If you register after May 12th fees must be made within 48 hours of the receipt of the invoice to hold your child's spot.

  • Cancellation:

    You MUST notify the CCS office if your child cannot attend. We will process full refunds until May 21st. After May 21st we will offer a refund minus a $10 fee if your child is unable to attend.

  • Wavier:

    I hereby declare that my child is in good health and able to participate in CCS's camps offered by Clarksville Christian School. I will not hold the CCS Administration, faculty, staff, or volunteers liable in case of injury as a result in participation. I hereby authorize the staff of CCS to act on my behalf in the event that I cannot be contacted. It is understood that I will be fully accountable for any and all costs incurred in the treatment of my child. I have read and understand the payment schedule, conduct, dress code, medication, and late pick-up policies, and I agree to abide by them. I give my permission for photographs of my child to be used in displays and advertising for CCS.

    I, the parent/guardian of the above-named individual, acknowledge that participation in athletic events necessarily involves risk of physical injury. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Clarksville Christian School, its employees, volunteers, staff, and other representatives, from any claims or medical expenses arising out of or relating to any physical injury that may result while participating in the camp and its activities.
