Carolyn Ferrell - Front Office Receptionist



Carolyn Ferrell is the Front Office Receptionist for Clarksville Christian School. Mrs. Ferrell recently retired from the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System after teaching high school science for 25 years. Some of her accomplishments while teaching were receiving the 2006 Rossview High School Teacher of the Year, and the 2004-2005 Distinguished Educator Award. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and her Master of Arts in Education (Specializing in Administration and Supervision) from Austin Peay State University.

She and her husband, Jerry, attend Hilldale Church of Christ where she is involved in the education ministry, nursery, and communion preparation. They have two grown children and one grandchild.

Her philosophy on Christian education is as follows: "In order to successfully prepare students educationally as well as providing a Christian foundation, every individual in the school must facilitate and model Christian values as well as maintain high standards of professionalism. This begins in the front office."
